The location is superbly located on ID, 15 mins-Disney Parks and 10 mins - Universal.

But the location of the hotel on I drive is very nice and close to Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld.

The location is excellent, close to all attractions.

Such was the case here: $32 from the airport via taxi and $40 to the airport via towncar.

Upon arrival (from the airport around $45 by taxi) I was told that because the hotel was booked solid, I was being upgraded to a suite.

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was immaculate, I really have no complaints with the room.

However, the room I stayed in was dirty (carpet, bed spreads, bathroom) and in need of a major renovation.

I found that the 'upgrade' was a miniature conference room (they call it a Hospitality Suite) with a Murphy Bed!

Yes, the room was dingy with carpet stains, the bathroom was tiny, the covers on the bed were obviously stained, the pillows were horribly flat.

The room attendants were very good and decorated the bed in various ways each day - which was a nice touch.

The hotel has a 24 hour deli which comes in very handy but the other 2 restaurants were quite expensive (breakfast $15 each)when compared to the sizzler next bus stop up ($19 for all of us)you can guess where we ate most mornings!

The prices in the bar are reasonable, the new Italian restaurant is fantastic and the facilities are brilliant.

The staff takes long amounts of time to do simple things, matisse restaurant is very very nice to have breakfast and pool is great.

Also the restaurant does a lovely buffet breakfast and 7.

Café Matisse - is a general restaurant which we only used for breakfast’s $11- plus drinks for ‘AYCE’ buffet which includes a wide choice of fresh fruit and cooked breakfast.

Staff very good, professional - from the waiters to concierge to the doorman and room service were excellent.

The reception and concierge were helpful and friendly, as were the bell boys and the guest services desk.

They ransaked the Hotel, monopolised the pool, lifts, jacuzzi, they were just running riot everywhere till teh early hours of the morning!

The hotel lobby was immaculate there was everything you needed the pool was gorgeous and lovely and warm.

Pool is great and pizzera in lobby is nice touch.

Before making my reservation, I called and asked if they had free internet connections, be it wired or wireless.

No wireless internet but they do have high speed.

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks and could not fault it ,the rooms were nice and kept clean and tidy by the maid.

For a great hotel stay at the Crowne Plaza, the staff wonderful and the room was big and clean.
