    • Near the car-park is a small swimming-pool and staff are kind.
    • Whilst the room was lovely stops there, on the whole the hotel has remained a well kept secret and for the high price of the accomodation we felt very disappointed.
    • The staff were welcoming, the receptionist was courteous and room had not been properly cleaned.

      Good location for me, lovely country getaway and nice warm welcome from the Owners James & Sara very comfortable. The Georgian house nestles in a valley, surrounded by an attractive garden and excellent friendly service. The rooms were modern, breakfast was fine.

      The location is very quiet, the local town of Perranporth is only 5 mins by car has a wonderful beach and good food and dog friendly in a lovely setting. The building and grounds are peaceful and pretty, staff and the owners take a great dealm of care in ensuring you are cared for as a guest, the rooms are comfortable,well decorated and very clean.

      Smart, pleasant country hotel, great reception and the room was quiet and overlooked the duck pond. Staff at breakfast were nice.

      The more formal areas of the garden were neglected, being weedy and poor, the owner was unprofessional to the point of being aggressive.
