  Anyway, the warm welcome was appreciated, overall, the staff were friendly and pretty attentive, the daily breakfast, included in the price of the room, was fantastic.

  The hotel was quiet, elegant and lovely, the service was very friendly and helpful. The room was immacutely clean and the bathroom was luxurious, the breakfasts were superb and the staff delightful.

  A fabulous hotel to stay in for that something special, very good service and nice buffet breakfast in a sunfilled dining room. Hot foods, great facilities.

  Overall, the hotel was very nice and elegant, the staff were super. The shower pressure was the best presuure i have had in any shower.

  Big room, good food.

  The sauna was not efficient and was one of the reasons we chose the hotel, staff were rather dismissive and uninterested in providing assistance.

  The drinks at the hotel bar were very expensive and the staff were not too friendly and beware at checkout.

  Very clean accommodation, great breakfast.

  At around $480 per night, this place ain't cheap and rude Customer Service. Pool and gym facilities a little disappointing.

  Free airport shuttle service, a bottle of champagen, anything and hotel has a great location near the Spanish Steps and Metro. The staff are for the most part friendly courteous and the baths are modern and comfortable.

  Beautiful view and wonderful hotel. The staff very good and elegant manager. I really liked the rooms, nice thick towels and bathrobes too, very clean and the breakfasts were great.
