Immaculate room, exceptionally comfortable beds and impeccably clean bathroom. Favourable, comfy location close to all attractions.

My room with comfortable beds was well furnished and well priced. The setting was unbeatable, very close to Coshocton on business, clary gardens & roscoe village, and the downtown area. Also, main attraction such as Lake Park was 2 miles from this hotel.

The room size was bigger than other hotels. Beds were very comfortable. Quiet and very very clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again, and I will tell all my friends about the Roscoe Motor Inn.

Booked online, only had previous comments to go by. Was surprised and impressed by the cleanliness. Owner was friendly and helpful. Was able to accomodate last minute booking of second room for weekend. Rooms were well supplied with frig/micro/coffee-maker. No food service on site but many choices within walking distance. More choices to drive to. Overall, the best stay I have had in a long time. Will highly recommend to anyone going to this area.

The price was good and the room was clean. Location was good also.

Would have liked for the stairs to be covered better. We were there during a light snow and the steps were slippery.

Clean room, friendly staff, helpful and accomodating

It was independently owned by a husband and wife, so we felt good that they took pride in their place, as it is their livelihood. It had no bells or whistles, but it was neat, clean, and tidy and the owners provided a nice little deck with a fire at night. It is a perfect place to stay for one night while you visit the surrounding attractions, or as you are traveling through the area. It was a good value for the money.

Walking distance to local eateries. Fairly quiet even with being close to the highway. Would stay there again. Owner was able to give accurate recommedations on local area and entertainment.

Nice hotel. The manager was very friendly and helpful with directions. I had a few friends stop by to give me guidance on school work and they both commented on how nice and clean it was as well.

The price was high. I typically stay in 5 star hotels for less than the price of this facility with no perks.
