Beautiful location on a stunning street with fantastic mansions. Easy walk to city center. Good restaurants nearby. Rooftop with nice jazz music. Excellent customer service, always willing to help. Large, high-ceiling rooms. Delicious food for breakfast and dinner with live music. Convenient parking options.

Truly enjoyed staying at the a nice size deluxe king room with very comfy bed. I had central heating, a private safe and pay television. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the restaurant for dinner, the most beautiful avenues, and in one of the nicest streets of Merida : Paseo de Montejo. All the staff was extremely helpful and really helpful, settled my issues.
