Loved this hotel, it is excellent value for money, bright and cheerful, with very friendly staff who fall over themselves to be helpful.

This is obviously not a luxury hotel, but it is well positioned (very central but in a quiet street) and our stay was excellent value for money.
Located on a quiet road, position fantastic and the location was the best thing about this hotel - so close to the metro station Opera.
Centrally located on a charming street, location superb and has the same high standards as we have found in all Room Mate hotels.
SO PERFECTLY located - a nice long walk to the Prado and all the wonderful spots in between - great location to Teatro Real for theatre, opera, dance and concerts - couldn't be CLOSER!
We got taxi from airport for convenience but cost 35 euros - went back on metro - 2 euros per person!
Buy a tourist card for the metro and buses at the airport station.

空调不完全好用:只能全速吹风,不能调节.
建议:洗手池的灯挂的很高(就是天花板上的一个小灯泡),我觉得灯光应该挨着镜子比较好(比如我刮胡子时就可以照着了).
Our bathroom was on a plinth area and was really just a Perspex box opposite the bed housing a shower and toilet.

Sure, there was no restaurant or bar or swimming pool or gym - but all the night life, sights, and restaurants were only moments away from the hotel.
Breakfast was also a plus and the 100 montaditos restaurant, close by is great for a quick meal.
Centrally located on a charming street, great bathroom facilities, great breakfast area (although we never got up early enough to use it), gobs of restaurants, tourist attractions, shopping, etc.
The breakfast is served in the restaurant on the bottom floor and was excellent, the best we have had in Spain.

The staff were friendly and Christian who was on reception when we arrived gave us 5 restaurant recommendations.
MUCH better-- more extensive breakfast, larger rooms, better on-site perks (sauna, roof jacuzzi and sun-space), friendlier service.
However the real WOW factor was the roof terrace, it is huge, with views across the Plaza, It has a double sunlounger, teak settees and coffee tables, shower and black tiled plunge pool.
It was nice to have internet access in the lobby.
Another bonus is the free Wi-Fi access, brilliant when you're on business!
They even let me use their PC to use the Internet.
The rooms (although small) were very clean and chic.
