Enchanting and fairly clean place with very, very nice and really kind staff as from the reservation and a special request. Marvellous and brilliant setting in the fairly nice area, really close to main attractions and staff, and the main plaza and cathedral. For tea or coffee visit Loft Cafe nearby.

I had an exceptional breakfast with savoury scrambled eggs, pastries, and bacon. I had silent executive double room with a fully stocked mini bar, the bathroom, for example. The hotel location was great and fab directly in the center of Granada.

Stocked and attractively furnished room, had a very pleasant stay during my visit. Particularly good and fab location right in the center of the old town, and 15 minute walk from Parking.

View was delightful, breakfast was delicious, and beds were comfy. The location was incredible, a short walk to a lavish Renaissance cathedral. Also was close to restaurants and pubs. The standard king room I had was attractively furnished and reasonably priced. The bathroom was luxury and it had a roll-in shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet for my convenience.

Thank you for the quite comfortable stay. The location of the venue is great and fab, adjacent to Alhambra palace, the centre of the city of Granada and Granada's central shopping streets. Quiet atmosphere, nevertheless some people working here are very unhelpful.

Views are very very bad.

Great very central location, really close to main central bus station, and touristic attractions. Tasty food in the restaurants such as Bodega Los Tintos, located 5 min away. Had standard king room with the best terrace, really comfortable bed, a bath.

The place was fairly clean with a super-friendly staff as from the reservation and a special request. Incredible very central location so close to the cathedral and Plaza de Bib-Rambla as well as the police station. Popped in Avila ii Bar Tapas for shots before sleep, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

It has particularly good location and secure parking, and it's right by restaurants, main attractions and staff, and the main plaza.

The staff was very kind and courteous and the place was clean. We booked executive king room for 7 nights and had a comfortable stay. Exceptional service, even though a few employees were not particularly helpful. The tapas restaurant offered warm dishes, and the breakfast was exceptional. The location was very central, near to cafés around nearby Bib-Rambla Square, the maze of streets of the Jewish quarter, and comfortable! Bar Aliatar was located 5 minutes walk away.

It had quite bad views.

Good location adjacent to sightseeing and eating, the Alhambra, all up hill, as well as the Albaicin area, also uphill, and the shopping area; early check-in.

The standard king room is functional and beautifully maintained.

Savoury food for enjoyable breakfast with view on the Alhambra. Marvellous location, a short walk to Plaza Nueva Square. Nice design, terrific service in the entire hotel.

This was a really nice stay of 3 nights. There were a balcony and a mobile in my executive double room, loved it. The location was great, close to Granada's central shopping streets, Granada Cathedral and lovely bars and restaurants nearby, in a central area. Restaurant Loft Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Elegant atmosphere, even so some people working here are very unhelpful. It is in fantastic location to Albaicin, set quite close to the hotel.

The property needs renovation.
