The rooms were neat with nice view, felt like home. The hotel was situated in the central location to both the airports.

The place was tidy, I booked the superior room with views of city, everything was well-maintained.

The room we stayed in was neat and brand-new with the bathrooms and a giant bed, for instance. The service was good and the pool was nice. Besides, we have parked nearby. The venue was set in the central position just next door to public transport and Istiklal street, a wonderful garden, and all restaurants and shopping.

We had a bit of trouble getting a good night's sleep due to the noise from the surroundings. However, this should not discourage anyone from choosing this hotel as it offers excellent comfort and quality services.

The attention to detail in this hotel is commendable, with rooms that have outstanding showers in the bathrooms and offer a view of the gardens of the British embassy. The breakfast at this hotel includes a variety of options, with milk or tea available.

Wellness (nobody was there to receive us, sauna didn't work), no beautiful terrace (with chairs) as shown on one picture of the hotel, the rooms are expensive for what they are (especially the "superior room" ones)

Everything is well-maintained, the room is well-designed and neat with the bathrooms and ice, as example. The staff ensures you have a really really nice time, they are very helpful and helpful. Good service and the food is savoury. Besides, it offers parking nearby...

We were upgraded to a suite, location is ideal, rooms are modern and stylish, bathroom looks great and shower pressure is very good, pool is enjoyable after a day of sightseeing, reception staff is helpful.

Inability to open windows (i.e. not ideal if allergic to dust and dustmites), air conditioning works but temperature too high so does not cool down the room, massage services not available when requested (Sat. & Sun.), orange juice at breakfast not freshly squeezed.
