The best location and famous in Graz. Upmarket venue, very friendly staff and the room was spacious and comfortable. Food was good.

Staff very good, excellent location, rooms are very nice and this hotel bring me good memory.

The warm water supply wasn't that great and sauna is closed during the day. The toilet is huge, breakfast is too expensive at 12 Euros per person.

Schlossberg gives a much better view and hotel food is perfect. The lobby is charming and the staff is friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are huge for European standards, lovely restaurant in the garden the weather is sunny.
