Beautiful bay-windows and cosy rooms are witnesses of the hotels lively past. Picturesque spots around the hotel and many small and large arrangements create a recreation area that will do you good. Dining: Since December 2001 Peter Girtler from Sterzing has been offering his refined art of cooking at the Stafler. He knows exactly how to apply his experience acquired at the best houses - last at the Munich Tantris (3 Michelin stars) - to the culinary motto of the Restaurant Stafler: South Tyrolean plain cooking keeps its proper place along with international variety, Girtler treats first-class basic produces expertly, great emphasis is also put on clever menu order and visual presentation. Many produces and their way of preparing deserve to be in the centre of attention. During the culinary special days, also a central part of the restaurant Stafler, you enjoy the pleasures of gastronomic culture Tyrolean delicacies, Italian cuisine and international menus go together well. The spices used are all grown in the hotel-own herb garden. Various produces from the estate refine the meals quality. We serve exquisite and ripe wines to accompany the meals. Recreation: You can use our swimming-pool all day round; water temperature 30deg. Relax in our sauna free of charge from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

        Nuovissima area wellness e le camere sono spaziose l'arredamento molto caldo. In giorno di chiusura del ristorante hanno aperto la cucina e ci hanno preprato una fantastica cena.

        La posizione comoda, una vacanza tranquilla nell'atmosfera delle montagne altoatesine e ottimi i servizi. Camera spaziosa e pulita, non ho potuto sperimentare la cucina perchè il ristorante era chiuso per turno. Ottima la spa dove nel pacchetto avevamo inclusi diversi trattamenti.
