Very attentive and excellent personnel is at reception desk. The room is reasonably sized with an umbrella as well as expansive views from restaurant. The breakfast is fresh made with superb views, has great food.

The room was reasonably sized with coffee and a balcony, for example, I felt comfortable there. Location: the hotel was close enough to another restaurant, old castle, and Schloss Rheinfels.

The service is nice, includes ample parking. The rooms are warm with wonderful bathrooms and have an incredible interior. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the location is stunning near the centre of german history of the Middle Ages, the Market Square and the old castle of Rheinfels.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel overlooking the picturesque Rhine River. The location was perfect, allowing me to enjoy breathtaking views of Sankt Goar and the surrounding area. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast staff provided excellent service. Additionally, the hotel restaurant served delicious meals that exceeded my expectations.

One specific situation that stood out was when I requested a cab to the airport. Although the driver was initially rude and insisted on taking us to the train station instead, the hotel was not at fault for this behavior.

Rooms are large and unique. Being around the castle with hiking paths was great. Staff are. Very courteous and helpful.

Castle itself was not open on our trip. This was very disapppointing since this was the reason we choose this hotel and drove 3 hrs. Also we ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast buffet was fabulous. Dinner was not that good. My husband choose prawns with pasta and he got the smallest shrimp that are usually used in a seafood salad and a small helping of spaghetti with butter sauce. My fried mullet was ok but was served cold. All else ordered was average.

The hotel is a fantastic base for exploring attractions in Sankt Goar. The balcony offers beautiful views of the river. It is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from downtown. There is a restaurant called Silcher Stuben on-site. The hotel provides free wake-up calls, which is a nice touch.

We loved this place. It was clean and the staff was wonderful. The food was great and make sure you reserve the little balcony at the Bistro for a dinner or lunch.....great view and a private spot for you and your loved one. I would go again to this place if we get the opportunity.

We really enjoyed our stay but thought that it was a bit pricey. Breakfast was very good and the staff extremely pleasant.
