View was fantastic, 5th:the Bay wow the bay was nice and the location was the best of any hotel.

The location of the hotel is OK because you are near a few bars (Paradise, Disco Beach), but to get to all the superclubs (palladium, mandara) you need a taxi.

Hotel was clean , great view and very nice location.

They also have Wal mart,Sams, cosco's,subway,Mcdonalds and so on.

When riding taxis to and from the clubs make sure to bargain with them as they will certainly bring down the price.

Plus with the heat and the fresh air I was really tired and went to bed early.

The rooms are really big; beds are comfortable though furniture is shabby and dated.

The noise started at after 10:PM when you are vibrated out of bed and the windows vibrate in their frames, after being woke after 10:00PM, this continues until about 4:00AM, when you are allowed to sleep again.

We (total of 15 people in 4 rooms) stayed at the Romano because Playa Suites were booked solid when we started looking (late) in January.

We also visited other rooms the first day, when making our choices about a quiet one and every room had the items mentioned before.

You’ll notice that the dessert bar is prepared at lunch and usually sits around until dinner, so don’t eat that.

I paid for an open bar, but probably only got served 2 drinks per day at the restaurant.

Personnel was friendly, our room was nice and the best meals were breakfast.

The buffet is poor but you solve it easily going out for your meals; there are hundreds of bars and restaurants to make your choice.

We ate once at the downstairs restaurant and while passable, I'd recommend somewhere else.

The service was great and the concierge was helpful.

Maid service was efficient though they didn't clean our tables too well, leaving empty bottles of beer in the room.

The service provided by hotel employees didn't help the hotel either.

Basically, the waiters are what made the service terrible.

The only con to this place was that the elevator was so slow, and the housekeeping hardly brought us towels, we always had to ask for them which was weird.

The elevators do not work very quickly or well at all from the floors - they work fine from the lobby.

The sheets were clean and the pool was nice.

This hotel has one of the most beautiful views to the bay and the rooms were very clean.

Personnel was friendly, rooms were clean, view was fantastic.

The rooms were very clean,the service was great and the food was good.

I was disappointed about lobby which was kind of dirty , but the room was very clean and good AC.

Sure the view is great, the hotel security is very nice and rooms are clean.

This hotel has one of the most beautiful views to the bay and the rooms were very clean. The food by my opinion was great, the maids were very friendly.

Giving us 3 beds for the price of 2 for free and a good pool bar. Furthermore a sweet 25 dollar charge for a missing towel.

Its a decent hotel your looking to spend as little as possible and the food is pretty awful.

Great view, crossing the streets you find a big choice of bars and the hotel is awesome. The service is good and the rooms each have free safe. The pool itself is modern and clean.

Very nice location and the beach waves are too strong. Furthermore acapulco is beautiful, the rooms are really big and the buffet is a great deal at US$5.00 for breakfast. The maids are good.

The view is amazing, the location of the hotel is OK because you are near a few bars and beds are comfortable furniture is shabby and dated.

The elevators can be slow during busy times and the waiters at the restaurant are not good servers at all.
