This 4-star hotel on the Black Sea coast is a hidden gem for those seeking a peaceful and high-quality stay. Unlike most hotels in the area, the restaurant is never crowded, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. The buffet may not have an overwhelming selection, but the Bulgarian-style cuisine is superbly cooked, leaving us satisfied. Special mention to the chef for serving authentic local dishes! The hotel also provides free water at the buffet, a thoughtful touch that other hotels should adopt. The professionalism and kindness of the entire staff, from reception to restaurant and cleaning, were truly exceptional, which can be hard to find in Bulgaria. The location, building, and facilities were fantastic, with a well-maintained pool area that was cleaned daily. The friendly staff and variety of food options were also impressive. The hotel's proximity to the beach, coupled with the comfortable and spacious beds, made our stay even more ENJOYABLE. Additionally, having three fully stocked supermarkets nearby was incredibly convenient. With clean rooms that provided everything one would expect from a 4-star hotel, we were more than satisfied with our choice to stay here. The breakfast offered a diverse selection to suit all tastes, and the lunch and dinner options were of the same high quality. The large and pristine pool catered to all who wished to relax and enjoy a day by the water. All in all, staying at this hotel exceeded our expectations for a summer holiday.

The staff here were so helpful, making our stay perfect. Plus, the food was delicious 😋. Our room had modern amenities like an electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels.

The outdoor pool was cold. There was construction noise starting early in the morning.

Indoor pool very good (large and warm), the rooms large and comfy, breakfast buffet fair enough.

At the pool (indoor) you don't receive bathrobs and towels, and you must use (and wet!) the towels from your room. And if the weather is not so hot (in april, for example!) you haven't dry towels for the rest of the day.

The staff here are attentive and excellent, making for a very enjoyable stay.

The hotel interior design, cleanliness of the rooms, customer service, the very quick check in.

the outside pool was empty, no lounge chairs nearby, you couldn’t seat by the pool and enjoy the sun; the hotel and the rest of the resort looked deserted; the breakfast was very scarce in the last day.

Our stay at Romance & Family Suites was exceptional! The studios/family suites were spacious, new, and incredibly comfortable. The restaurant staff was attentive and professional, and the food was delicious. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
