Nothing to complain about at all.

The jungle location of the hotel was impressive, with wild animals roaming around. The ancient temple on the riverbank was a breathtaking view from the room. The small fireworks display for our party of six by the river was delightful. The spacious room had a good bathroom with toiletries and white towels. The service and breakfast, though limited, were okay.

The vegan food options were undesirable, and the charges for basic necessities, such as water and lunch, were absurdly high.

The hotel had a magnificent and serene location, situated near the river and a beach in proximity. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained with a great view of the pool. The highlight of our stay was the relaxing spa-treatments and the fresh juices served at breakfast.

There were a few areas where the hotel could improve - the bed linen had a musty smell, and the staff in the food and beverage department had an attitude problem. There were also some maintenance issues, such as the shower not working correctly, and roof tiles breaking off.

This luxury hotel is a hidden gem with exclusive amenities and stunning location. The tall ceilings and pillars create an airy atmosphere and the infinity pool blends beautifully into the scenic Madhu River. The chef is a Master Jedi with remarkable culinary skills, even preparing special meals for children. The efficient staff provides service with a smile, delivering personalized meals at any time.

The pool's PH balance seemed off, requiring goggles. However, the hotel's management quickly agreed to resolve the issue.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location near the pier, next to an ancient temple on the river bank, and surrounded by jungle with wild animals was awesome. Additionally, the hotel facilities were great and the cleanliness was impressive. Also, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel was located near a beautiful lake which was very relaxing to look at. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help out when we needed assistance. The spa services were also top-notch, and we highly enjoyed our massages.

The hotel was quite remote, making it difficult to explore the surrounding area without spending a lot of money on transportation. the food options were limited and became repetitive after a few days of eating the same thing.
