We liked very much our stay. The hotel is very new, the furniture is beautiful and elegant. The room was not big but there was everyhting we needed, as in the bathroom. Also the location was good: 6-7 minutes walk from the underground Ottaviano San Pietro, and the same distance from Vaticano. The staff was really nice and friendly, also the chamber-maid was so kind!

The only thing we did not like was that we had the train at 19.00 but our check out was at 10.30 and we were not allowed to leave our luggage to the hotel because there was no one in the afternoon at the reception. So we were obliged to leave our bags in Termini Station, staying more than one hour in queue to leave it down, and another hour to take it back!

The staff was very friendly and helpfull.I booked a triple bedroom and 1 day before my arrival I had to change for a 4 people bedroom, and they did their best to help me ( it was during the time of the vulcano problem!!)

The location was OK, near the Vatican City, but not so close to the rest of the other turistic places, so you have to walk a little bit, but it´s not a problem, everything you see during your walk is so nice, that you don´t notice the distance!!!

I felt that I had been swindled. I paid 179 euro a night for a hotel with continental breakfast. It was not a hotel, only a small room on a floor of an apartment building at a humble district in Rome. I had a bread and coffee, price of 1.5 euro, for the continental breakfast.

It is a walking distance from Vatican and is quite good for the price we paid. The rooms are recently renovated, breakfast is next door and croissants are very nice, but sometimes you need to ask the waiter twice for juice.

We were contacted by the reception staff in advance so that we could inform them of our precise time of arrival since the reception staff do not work beyond 2 pm. This was a little inconvenient. The room was a little small as well, but quite well equipped enabling us to put luggage around the tiny room without the need to jump over it.

Its an excellent B&B if you find it by walking 15 min from metro station. Its is located within a resident building. The bus line 70 reaches the front of the building. The staff tries to help. The room is nicer than most hotel at the price range. Its good value

We were told that our room is located in another building two bus stops or 5 blocks of street after arrrival. It will be nice if we were told before hand. We walked with heavy luggages under the hot summer sun. Its not a pleasant start. However, after settling in, the room is actually very nice. Do not count on breakfast as its a voucher to a cafe with one coffee of choice and one brownie.

The location was very good. It was near enough to the old Nice to walk.

The room was tiny even though we had booked double accommodation

      Good location and friendly staff

The hotel doesn't match 4-stars standards: breakfest is served in the nearest bar, bathroom is really small, etc.

      The Roman Holidays movie posters.

No telephone, no coffee, no kettle in the room; nobody at the recept to help; forgot to take out the bedroom key from the bedroom and got locked outside in the middle of the night and the B&B staff refused to come and help because it was 2am; the bathroom was terrible as showering wld wet the entire floor and even the door and wall; the cleaning lady threw away the stalk of rose I put on my bedroom table; the breakfast was not served in the B&B but in some other cafe in another building; the cafe was closed on Christmas n we had nt been informed, later were told to have breakfast in another cafe nearby and told to order 1 capucino, 1 crossaint n 1 juice each, n that we cld claim the $ from them, but later they refused to return full amt.

Cleanliness of the room. It was cleaned daily. The room was also nicely decorated. We have been given keys from the room, so there is some degree of freedom. If you just need to visit Vatican city then location is also quite good.

There is no air ventilation. And if you open window to let clean air in, then noise from the street is unbearable because there is a bus stop just under the window. The noise isolation form other rooms is also very poor, we could hear somebody snoring in the next room. It's actually not a hotel, more like B&B. Address of the "hotel" provided in the advert is incorrect. In reality it is 300 metres futher away from the metro stop and city centre alike. Why need you lie about it's true location? Breakfast consists of a cup of coffee and one cornette... And is served in the cafe across the street. So for almost 80EUR/day in December I would not call it good value for money. I really regret booking this room. Sorry.

Very Good location, close to the metro and the vatican, rooms were in very Good condition. Great value for money. Muy bien situado, cerca del metro y vaticano, habitaciones en muy buen estado, muy buena relación calidad precio comparado con otros sitios en Roma

Cierto olor a tuberías en algún momento

It was close to the Vatican. And the breakfast-place across the street was nice.

The room was tiny!!! We are not very tall or big people, but we could hardly move in that closet.

Nice interior, clean, everyday room service (very kind room service olds lady :)). Near to the City, easy to rich by different public transport.

When we arrived nobody was there, not very kind treatment when administrator arrived. We called and instead of promissed 10 min the administrator arived only after 30 min. It took a long time for us to wait on the street. Hard to swich TV channels on TV. Suggestion for the Roman Hollidays to change the remote control.

The staff was helpful and pleasant, the room was very comfortable, well-located,and mostly quiet.

I wish they had ice available -- but becuase of the small size thats not practical. Reasonably priced "mini bar" water was good, but it would have been nice if the fridge had been colder.
