Helpful staff members, a nice size rooms with body lotion, lovely fluffy towels, for instance. A huge variety of options, tasty food. Perfect location to the beachfront. Simply no complaints whatsoever, ENJOYABLE stay.

The location was excellent, close to the Grand Pier and various dining options near the seafront. The breakfast was fresh, with Louise's poached eggs being particularly brilliant.- The staff was excellent.

The employees are very friendly and top-class. The property has an excellent location, short walk to the seafront where there were numerous places to eat and spend the evening, and the centre and the seafront. Besides, the hotel is located 2 km away from Gallagher Retail Park.

The view was particularly nice, breakfast was sensational, and the beds were comfortable. The location was magnificent, with a bus station opposite the venue. We also enjoyed brunch at Rose's Snack Bar nearby.

Free parking, great location, fab host, comfy bed, free tea, coffee, toiletries and wi-fi in room.

Noise from stairs/landing but it's only short lived when people are coming in at night etc.

The location is handy and perfect, the check in is early. And it's 25 km from Bristol airport. The rooms are a nice size with comfortable beds. There is a good choice of tasty food for breakfast😃

The location of Roedean Guest House in Weston-super-Mare is great, being close to the seafront, local attractions, regular buses, and the beach. Coles, a pastry shop about a 10-15 minutes' walk from the guest house, served delicious pastries.

We booked a family room with great facilities, and the location by the sea was perfect.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the room was new-fashioned with a pleasant view. The hotel was near to the shopping centre, station, and seafront, thanks to its marvelous and perfect location.

The room was clean and well decorated and in good condition. Coffee and tea available in the room and plenty of it. Excellent shower. The landlady was brilliant, friendly and a ready smile. The breakfast was a plateful and well presented.It would probably last you all day. Glutton free no problem. A special effort was made to obtain glutton free bread and sausage Free parking on the property.

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was perfect - close to the sea front and just a short walk to the town centre. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The ironing facilities were a bonus, and I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was also a great feature. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I was impressed with the service and quality of this hotel.

Very warm welcome, excellent accommodation and fantastic breakfast.

Although only staying overnight and making a late booking, we were welcomed warmly. We had a great discussion with the owner about options available in town for a meal. Although the room fronted the road, there was no noise to speak of for a Saturday night, then with a comfy bed, we enjoyed a great sleep. Then the breakfast in the morning was superb. A fantastic couple, and we would stay again if back in Weston-Super-Mare.
