The room was attractive and tidy in a clean condition, I had a good rest. Everything was nice, I loved that. The location was beautiful, just next door to Goony Golf.

I stayed in the room that was not cleaned by house keeping and available in a clean condition. The location of this hotel was unbeatable.

I booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. Location: the hotel was so close to many restaurants as well as Close to lake George village.

Brand-new room with a jacuzzi as expected. A safe box, TV set, and a microwave oven available. Easy location in an awesome area short walk to the electrical outlet as well as all attraction.

The room was decent sized with fridge and microwave, had real good experience. The location couldn't be more perfect in the center of Lake George. The hotel took care of the friendly service.

The hotel offered great amenities such as a clean swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness center. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to popular attractions and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that came with a variety of options to choose from.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. The cleanliness of the rooms was below par, with stains on the carpets and bedding.

I reserved a room with one king bed and received a room with two double beds. The bathroom was not very clean.

We checked out early. We were booked for two nights. We were unhappy with the accommodations. The toilet was not anchored.There was rust and water stains on the shower stall ceiling. There was dust along the carpet next to the wall. There were old safety pins dropped and left. We could hear every word from the people staying in the next room. We could hear the television programme they were watching. We could hear the traffic outside. When we came to the front desk to check out there was a line up of people. One guest commented that it was her observation that the woman who was to be at the desk was a one-woman show. What we would say to others is that we would be surprised if this accommodation lasts. We feel extremely disappointed that we booked here and lost money by needing to check out to find a place where we could feel comfortable and gain rest.

The hotel's location was great, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options like miniature golf and a kids amusement park. It was nice to be close to everything without feeling cramped in the village. The scenery around the hotel was also lovely, adding to the overall experience. Additionally, the hotel was not locked up at night, making it convenient for guests to come and go as needed.

One small issue was that the room wasn't very clean upon arrival, but the staff promptly addressed the cleanliness concern when I brought it to their attention.

Relaxing hotel, it was clean, and the staff was extremely helpful and really helpful. Its location was PEACEFUL, adjacent to Great Escape fore the day. Went to The Barnsider Smokehouse Bbq for drink or two, set just a short walk away from the venue. The service here was great. We loved sleeping 1 night in this hotel.

The hotel offered a great value for the price, especially during the off-season. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to accommodate requests. the location of the hotel was convenient, situated just off the Interstate 87 and close to the village.

The soundproofing in the hotel was poor, as we could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. The bedding did not fit well, with a small blanket that barely covered the bed and a loose bottom sheet.

Generally, the place was wonderful and had highly courteous staff with Manager who politely listened to what happened to us and told me that the owner would be calling me to discuss "Jeremy " -- night manager.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.
