The hotel is located in a prime location with shops and restaurants literally all around the hotel and they provide a nice break away from the theme and water parks.

The hotel location is situated on Internation Drive almost opposite Wet n Wild.

Stayed here from 12/6 to 12/11 2007; safe, excellent location, right in the middle of Int'l Drive and quick exit to Interstate 4; very close to Universal, 15 min to Disney.

From airport to hotel and back i used mears shuttle which was a lot cheaper then getting a taxi.

We used the Lynx Bus to get back and forth from the airport to the hotel, costs us $2.

The hotel rooms were very poor with bad paintwork, dirty bath, loose fittings, smelly bed covers, and the sheets on our bed were not changed for a week.

The room was large, a huge kingsize bed, microwave,fridge,safe,tv,coffee maker,an excellent air con unit, everything we needed for our 2 week holiday.

This room was one of the best i have ever stayed in, it had its own 6 seat table, a big television, sofa chairs and a huge king sized bed.

2)Room - Huge room with a king size bed, tv and a fridge and microwave which both come in very handy.

A huge kingsize bed and the enclosed toilet.

I ate both at the breakfast buffet and at the Japanese Shogun restaurant which I got free with my holiday package, but I would not hesitate to recommend either to anyone, although there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

The restaurant was just ok in my opinion,the selection wasnt great and there is a Ponderosa over the street that had a bigger better selection of food for breakfast.

Reception staff were courteous and helpful, breakfast was good value (cheaper than the Ponderosa when you took the drinks into account) and the Shogun restaurant was superb.

They also have a restaurant called The Palms, which supplies you with a hot buffet breakfast, and is a very good deal for the money.

I can not comment on the bar or restaurant as I didn't use them.

The hotel staff were friendly and the maid service was excellent.

This hotel was clean and basic, friendly staff, free towels by the pool, good maid service.

Great overall value and staff and service were just as good or better than any of the higher priced hotel chains!

The front desk staff was fantastic about providing me with driving directions too.

Amenities: Free local phone calls, swimming pool, ample parking space, free shuttle to Wet N Wild, Universal Studios Theme Parks, and Sea World, small fridge, coffeemaker, microwave and 25-inch color TV.

There were 3 elevators and only 2 worked which made the wait very long for an elevator.

Found only 2 negatives: very slow responding elevators (has 3, one broken), remindend me of those at hospitals, shuttle to Universal only 2 trips in the morning (8 & 10).

The room was relateively clean ( not spotless but certainly liveable even if you have high standards.

Our room (715) was clean when we arrived and the maid made sure it was kept clean and tidy each morning.

The rooms were kept clean and tidy, although a small niggle was that for the entire two week stay the vending machines on our floor remained out of stock, and the ice machine was broken.

The rooms are clean, all the good restaurants are located at the other end of Idrive.

Comfortable hotel, the service people were very friendly and accomodating, the room itself was simple and clean.
