I recently stayed at a charming inn in a picturesque location. The room was beautifully decorated, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh coffee, milk, and homemade muffins provided. The highlight of my stay was the restaurant, where I had a wonderful dinner with delicious food. The menu offered a combination of traditional dishes and unique offerings that exceeded my expectations. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Despite the small inconvenience of the chilly pub due to its location in a steep river valley, I found the inn to be a cozy and inviting place. The friendly staff made me feel welcome, although there were a few minor mishaps with the service.

I greatly enjoyed the stay here, it was relaxing, will choose the place for future trips. The savoury breakfast had a lot of meals and the food I tasted was splendid. The best part were the affable staff. The hotel's position was particularly good and gorgeous, near the pub, the restaurant for one evening, and the beautiful Exmoor national park.

Charming small hotel, fantastic friendly staff, exceptional food. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Gorgeous particularly good location, in the restaurant for one evening. Also - really close to the Rock Inn and homemade jams at breakfast. What a pleasant stay, no reason to complain.

Savoury breakfast with toast, cereals and jam available. Pet-friendly & well-appointed rooms with bar, great decor throughout, for instance. Amazing and lovely location to an univallate Iron Age hill fort.

We had a lovely stay at a charming country pub with comfortable rooms. The beds were cozy and the rooms beautifully decorated. The pub's location near a small river in Somerset was wonderful. The food was excellent, especially the memorable meal we had with the featherblade steak in treacle and black garlic, which was out of this world. The homemade ice cream was also worth mentioning. Despite a few drawbacks like a heavy quilt and limited parking, overall I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a great location in an idyllic village with picturesque views and plenty of Christmas cheer. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed with white, fluffy sheets. The bathroom was a good size and had hot water in the shower, which was perfect after a long day of traveling.
The staff seemed unenthusiastic and somewhat rude throughout our stay. The food was mediocre and didn't match the advertised standards.
