Rochester Concept Hotel Buenos Aires - 布宜诺斯艾利斯

The inside of the hotel is ok but not what you think of a design hotel, the staff was friendly, the location is great.

Perfect location and general view of the hotel was good.

Good location, new hotel and nice decoration.

The condition of the place is really disappointing and the only good things about the Hotel are location, staff and breakfast.

We only had to get taxi to go to Recoleta as we did everything else walking.

I changed rooms after the first night without sleeping, stayed at 2nd floor overlooking the street first, where you imagine every bus and car to go through your bed.

The size of the bedrooms are ok, they have nice beds, good closets, nice bathrooms, and the staff was very friendly.

Prepare to see rooms with space only to the bed.

We were initially given a room that was really awful -- peeled paint, stains, twin bed and truly sub-standard.

We were booked for a King bed special room, but got a double bed in a room that was only slightly larger than the bed -- you could not easily walk around it, the walls were stained and full of mould, The staff was arrogant and completely hostile.

Breakfast is good: bread, butter, omelette, salami, backon, cheese, cereals, milk, yogurt, juice, tea, coffee, fresh fruits, croissants.

We usually took breakfast every day, and it was very good, they have fruits, milk, yogurts, juices, cheeses, ham, bread, "facturas"-sweet cakes--, coffee, everything.

Unfortunately the breakfast was very poor, and hotel is noisy you can not imagine.

We did make the buffet breakfast though as I'd read the review that said it was really good but I think they must have changed it since then.

The breakfast it served from 6:30-10:30am but if you get there at any time from 10am onwards, don't expect anything to be left.

The lobby is modern, with marble and brass, and the reception staff are extremely friendly.

There were some pluses, however - the reception staff spoke English very well, and the breakfast was good, especially the media lunas (similar to croissants.

The staff however were really sweet and when we asked them if they by any chance had anything else left in the kitchen, they went to a lot of effort to find us some left-over croissants.

Location was good and staff was friendly.

The free Spa treatment and gym facilities were at another Rochester Hotel about two blocks distant.

As soon as we stepped out of the lift it looked like a different hotel.

After being told that this was quite a good hotel and seeing the nice lobby, we had high hopes.

I saw several rooms and found them clean and renovated.
