The location is really nice too and Prague is beautiful. All the staff for making our christmas 2012 holiday great, the employees have always been polite and the rooms are exceptionally well equipped and designed beautifully. The bar downstairs is amazing and spa is excellent.

Our room on the 4th floor only one of three had fabulous views of the castle and church, the decor was nice and the bathrooms were clean, every member of staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Bar were comfortable and wonderful, food was excellent, highly recommended and the spa was virtually empty as well.

And the location was great, just off the st, the hotel here was definitely the best and most relaxing, the staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. Room was very spacious, the food was great and and the waiter was excellent. The concierge jan was very helpful.

New luxurious and tasteful design and lovely rooms in well converted historic building. The overall service was great and moreover the food during breakfast was really good. Menu and staff were perfect, the spa director was a sweetheart, totally accommodating.
