During my recent business trip to Sissi, Crete, my director chose Kalimera Kriti Hotel & Village Resort for our stay. I was impressed with how the hotel implemented safety measures in accordance with the latest guidance from the National Public Health Organization.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The hotel's decoration is simply exquisite, with its elegant furniture and beautiful artwork. It creates a sense of sophistication and adds a touch of luxury to the overall ambiance. The general areas are spacious and well-maintained, perfect for leisurely strolls and relaxation. I also appreciated how accessible the hotel was for senior people, with ramps and elevators conveniently located throughout the premises.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and considerate of our needs. A little more patience and understanding would have made our stay even more enjoyable.

The resort is gorgeous with spacious rooms, great views, and beautiful Greek architecture. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The beach offers a spectacular sunset, shallow waters, and soft white sands. The facilities are excellent with huge pools, tennis courts, mini golf, and beach volleyball.
Nothing at all.

Beautiful view from the bungalow of blue, blue ocean. Lovely gardens with fragrant shrubs. Well furnished, large, personal patio. Pools and beach attractive, well laid out and set up with beds and umbrellas. Beautiful and comfortable dining patios with an elaborate and extensive breakfast of very good quality.
It was a little further from the village of Sisi than I expected. If we had not had a car, walking into town would have been unpleasant. I am glad we did not opt for the full board. Going into town to the local tavernas added to the whole experience. The Resort is isolated from any real experience of Crete. As far as the rooms were concerned, the beds were not very comfortable although the linens were nice. More hooks would be helpful in the bathroom and also in the main room. There was nowhere to put a damp towel!

The location of the hotel is great, right by the ocean with well kept vegetation. Nice outside dining and breakfast area. Good selection of food for breakfast and dinner. Quite a few specialties for little children but still a good mixture of guest during our stay. Big pool areas and convinient snack bars. Nicely arranged bungalows at the seafront. Computers with internet access in the lobby.
Dinner drinks a little bit pricy and the room cleaning not always so good. Personell at the meals not always so fast and sometimes a little bit unfriendly. Our bungalow had a very tiny balcony where we could barely sit on with the two of us.

Located just outside of the main tourist areas, this hotel provides easy access to the beaches and Aegean sea. Guests can always find a spot on the beach to relax and unwind. The restaurant offers a delicious and varied menu. Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped with ample storage space. There is a wide range of activities for both adults and children including a gym and kid's club.
The pools can be quite cold, but there is an indoor option available.

The staff was excellent, kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beach and the pools were nearby and easily accessible.
The rooms could be refurbished as some of the amenities are old and worn out. The location of the hotel is secluded which is nice for rest but getting out to the town is not easy. The food is catered too much for the masses that don't appreciate true Greek specialities.

Nice pools, helpful staff, and good restaurant.
Room furniture was old and a bit dirty, the beach had too many rocks, and the location was quite remote.

Nothing to dislike.

The value for our money was excellent, and the room was spacious with a stunning view. The location was perfect, with a beautiful pool and beach. The staff treated us like family, especially Costas and Andreas.
The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of sugar-free beverages.

The luxurious amenities of this hotel exceeded my expectations. The exclusive facilities of the Spa & wellness centre, including the sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and Jacuzzi were very impressive. The beach access and sun terrace were magnificent, and I could enjoy live entertainment at night. The massage treatments at this hotel are world-class, and I felt rejuvenated after having a full body massage. Dining at the restaurant was delightful, and the buffet breakfast and dinner were divine.
The only minor downside I experienced was the slow service in the Poolside snack bar. Nevertheless, the dedicated staff made up for it with their warm greetings and timely response.

Great location near the beach and the restaurants, and the room was very clean. The gym was well equipped. The view from the balcony was stunning.
The food was not to our liking, with not enough options for vegetarians. The staff did not speak English well, which was really difficult when trying to get information or help.
