The hotel is a characterful base for a trip in Krasnaya Polyana. The rooms are rather big with excellent view, so that guests have essentials. We have to thank superfriendly and incredibly welcoming staff for a such wonderful stay. It has marvellous location to see Gorky Park Bike.

the stay here was good for winter holidays. the breakfast offered variety of options and was free. really enjoyed my reasonably large room with amazing view and the same level as the spa, for instance.

The hotel is definitely recommended to all. Everything is nice, the room is large and luxurious with an Amazing Mountain View, a spacious bathroom and great breakfast.

We had an amazing stay at Rixos in Krasnaya Polyana. The staff was very professional and the hospitality was fantastic. The room was huge with a comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. The breakfast at the Sparx restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The free SPA center was a highlight, with a large pool and great facilities. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the Caucasus mountains. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful spa and gym. The location was stunning, nestled in the midst of the Caucasus mountains. During my Christmas stay, I was delighted with the complimentary hot cocoa and gingerbread cookies that were served daily in the lobby. The hotel's location right in the heart of the mountains made for spectacular views from my room and easy access to nearby ski slopes. The spa services were also a highlight, with a relaxing massage leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. The hotel decor was a bit dated and could use some updating to modern standards.
