I chose this hotel for attending a business mixer and it proved to be an excellent destination for both business and leisure stays. The exclusive venues offered, including the Rixos Grand Ballroom and VIP meeting hall, were perfect for my needs. The staff was friendly and the facilities were top-notch. a great experience for any business traveler.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with complete office facilities. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great and perfect location to a shopping mall. Really good and pleasant staff all over the place. Unique, quiet room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet.

Beds were rock hard.

Our spacious room had views over city. The location of the hotel was marvellous and perfect - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Abay Park.

The suite at Rixos Khadisha Shymkent is absolutely amazing! It's so big and beautifully decorated that it felt like a dream holiday. The living space is spacious and cozy, making us feel right at home. We absolutely loved the attention to detail in the tasteful decoration.

Personally, we found that the pillow menu at Rixos Khadisha Shymkent didn't quite meet our preferences. But hey, that's just our personal opinion, and others might still find it enjoyable.

super comfortable and clean room. staff very nice. breakfast healthful with a lot of choices. Hayat's attentiveness and Olivia's artful presentation stood out. the atrium is a peaceful place to lounge at. massages are awesome. Turkish sauna very relaxing.

Thank you very much everyone for a fantastic stay on business trip. The location couldn't be more marvellous and unbeatable by early morning flight. Moreover, it's right by Shymkent at reasonable price-about $ 100 per night and 4 Rixos sites and the in-house restaurant, Kazakhasia.

Amazing facilities including a beautiful lobby for afternoon tea, excellent spa, and a nice retreat restaurant. Very good breakfast buffet. Attention to detail and excellent customer service. Surprise gift in my room.

Felt so welcome, nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was really tasty, and the coffee was excellent, it was a great way to start the day. The location of the hotel was perfect, we were in the middle of everything, so it was easy to get around and explore. We also appreciated the little complimentary items in the room, it was a nice touch that made us feel welcomed.

The staff in the lounge/bar area were quite terrible, they were slow and unresponsive, and we had to wait for almost an hour to get our snack order. When we asked for service, no one seemed to care, and it took forever to get a refill.

It's a brand-new hotel with extremely pleasant and big size rooms. The location is good and personnel is attentive.

The location is marvellous and perfect, just a short walk away from Abay Park. Btw, it's just a short walk away from city center.
