Location is nice and is basically quite close to cafes and restaurants, taxis are cheap. Great hotel to return to, lobby is huge and the staff are friendly. The rooms are well equipped, saunas are fantastic and breakfast is gorgeous. The spa is perfect for relaxing.

Good location, room on the park was comfortable and clean, the service at the hotel was excellent. House keeping was quick and professional, decoration were brilliant. The staff were very welcoming and the bathroom had great underfloor heating. The spa was also fantastic.

Lively well managed hotel, luxury at home and the lobby is big and the seating areas surrounded by fake materials. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are extremely spacious. Breakfast is served in the nice restaurant.

The hotel employee are very friendly, s staff is a perfect example of kazakh hospitality and a hairdryer strong enough to get me out of there in 10 minutes or less. Bar food is good as well and the gym is very nice and the spa is nothing short of amazing.

Efficient and helpfull staff, comfortable beds. Lots of very good food and cereals as well as eggs. Nice bar menu and great gym.

No coffee/tea kit are always available in most world hotels and lobby launge service is also very slow.
