I'm a regular at a cozy hotel with friendly staff who once helped me with local delivery. It has everything I need: free Wi-Fi, car park, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge, restaurant, airport shuttle. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

Location: the hotel was near restaurants and cafes from one end to the other and the beach and embankment and the nice harbor area with nice shops and restaurants. I thoroughly enjoyed having bacon and meats in the morning. The services were great, including hot and superb breakfasts and free parking if needed...

The rooms were newly furnished and great-sized and view to the hills and the sea was great. The hotel has beautiful and incredible location near to huge storage space and the nice harbor area with nice shops and restaurants and the marina.

The breakfast is great, the room is newly furnished and exceptionally clean with excellent facilities.

The pool was off the hook, we totally owned it with our epic cannonballs. And don't even get me started on the hot tub, it was like a jacuzzi party every night. The staff were super cool and always down for a good time. The children's playground and animation programs were legit, those little ones were having a blast.

But yo, we wish there was more hype for us young party animals. Like, a sick dance floor or a DJ spinning sick beats by the pool would take this hotel to the next level.

The hotel was neat with well organized staff especially by the manager who was so irritating and disrespectful.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location of this place was perfect, just a stone's throw away from a beautiful beach. I loved waking up to the breathtaking views from my spacious room's balcony. The hotel truly provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The staff were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room service was excellent, and the housekeeping ensured that everything was spotless. I also appreciated the convenience of the car hire service and the smooth airport shuttle provided by the hotel. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this venue for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Had a fantastic Christmas break at a seaside hotel! The garden was awesome, beautifully landscaped and very mature, so we had a great view! The hotel is located right on the beach, so we enjoyed the sea breeze and had an amazing time on the beach. the staff members were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

There were two gentlemen working at the reception, the one with a beard was not helpful or welcoming, and seemed a little malicious in his behavior, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. the entrance to the hotel was a little tricky to find, as the owner had built a new block at the entrance which was abandoned, leading us through a construction site before finally arriving.

There are no sun loungers on the beach, although it's 3 meters away.

The location of the hotel was great, being close to the beach and easy to get to from the city center. The staff was polite and friendly, and the hotel had a nice garden area. The breakfast buffet had good options and was a nice way to start the day. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities.

The overall experience was not great. The hotel seemed old and rundown, and the furnishings and decor were outdated.

I liked location the most. Staff is very friendly. Nice breakfast.

Computer with internet near reception was not working. No BBC on the TV. No way to find out about the volcano ash and flights back home. Perhaps it was not that bad after all as all turned out very well.
