A good location, courtyard Marriott about 2 miles away near University and the hotel was either very helpful or totally disorganized.

I had called ahead to reserve a shuttle bus to pick me up from the Ontario airport.

Fitness Center was good for the size hotel and concierge lounge staff were very helpful in suggesting things to do.

Self-parking is available for $5 in the adjacent garage, though it may be possible to find street parking in the surrounding streets, where 2-hour parking is enforced from 9am to 6pm.

Throughout our stay we never waited more than two minutes for an elevator.

The Hotel has Valet parking and your vehicle is outside when you arrive.

The lobby boasts free wireless internet, but you can get wi-fi almost anywhere in the vicinity, thanks to a downtown wireless initiative.

For business the High Speed Internet was faster than my office and the Wireless in the lobby areas worked great.

My room was very clean, the pillows were excellent.

The bathroom was spotless and furnished with toiletries.

The room itself was clean and confortable although we believe it had formerly been a smokers room as there was still the odd waft of odour on occassion.
