Using the facilities on the ground floor to freshen up before leaving the city and inspite of the interruption of some service due to the floods the hotel is an ideal venue for the tourist visiting the Lyric Theatre.
Staff were very helpful, this room was very clean.
Convenient location and the hotel is very good value for money.

The location on the south bank was excellent, hotel was clean and comfortable and featured all necessary amenities, staff were good. Room 211 has the best bed i've ever slept in.
