Close to entertainment centre of Brisbane & very well appointed rooms, the location of the hotel is in very close vicinity to the city is fantastic.

Good location close to Southbank restaurants, the hotel is very comfortable.

Good position/location to Southbank, i liked that the hotel was close to the river and the in-house restaurant "Montegues" was fantastic - food beautiful.

The location was in good proximity to Southbank and the staff were very helpful.

Most disconcerting when a bus is at eye level with you on the second floor.

The staff were wonderful, the cost of the room was the major reason for staying The fact that that we were upgraded to a 1 bedroom unit helped as well and the sheets/blankets etc were clean and new.

Good location, unlike some hotels the Riverside clean bed sheets every day and staff were extrememly helpful.

I had booked a room on the internet but when we got there they had booked us into a room with 2 single beds.

Using the facilities on the ground floor to freshen up before leaving the city and inspite of the interruption of some service due to the floods the hotel is an ideal venue for the tourist visiting the Lyric Theatre.
