My double bed room desparately needed a heavy-duty cleaning from ceiling to floor!
Well first off the handicap rooms are all the way on the back; there were not many handicap spaces so my husband had to jump the curb so we could park our vehicle near our room.
For a nice room with a nice price, this is a great place to stay.
We got inside and found a spacious room with only minor issues such as blown light bulbs and dirty vent.
The toilet was raised for easier access, a shower chair was provided, and the shower had a handheld unit.
The breakfast was fair at best; the waffles are pre made and just reheated.
Nice hotel, reception staff were excellent and well the shower chair did not fit in the shower correctly.
When I complained to the front desk about the noise from all the partying, their response was "Please call 911, we have no on-site security.
They advised they would have the manager call me within 3 days to discuss the stay.
Corporate did callback to let me know that they would be looking into why the manager did not callback and also into my dissatification.
There is NO elevator to the second floor, only exterior stairwells.
This hotel was comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly and warm, the room was nice and quiet.
The rooms clean, service was excellent as was breakfast.
