You cannot beat the location of this hotel, especially when you take into account the price.

Booked through hotelscorp and they refused to refund the money paid.

I stayed at a lot of hotels and you can tell when management cares about the paying guest and this one the TOP doesnt' care.

In a really good location, located a nice room at another hotel and the lobby looks great.

The beautiful Smokey Mountains and wonderful location.

We travelled from Scotland to the Great Smokey Mountains, the location is the best in the city of Gatlinburg and the hotel might have been nice in the 70's.

My foot print was on the washcloth and it was black.

Also went to Ober Gatlinburg - tram ride was great - not a lot to do there, but we had fun watching skaters on inside rink.

Very spacious room with frig and coffee pot, a full clean bathroom, and plenty of clean linens and bed coverings.

My friend and I did not want to share a bed so we were put into a room with 2 double beds (the beds were the best part of the room).

It was a little cramped with two beds, an armour and a big table, plus our baby bed.

We reserved a room with a king bed but got one with two queens.

I was supposed to have a suite with hot tub and they made the room seem like I was really getting a deal.

The resort has many sections, pools, a restaurant open for breakfast and lunch, Monday night lounge for football, nice rockers outside the main entrance to sit and people watch and enjoy the mountian air!

My Dad fed the ducks and the pigeons, (they actually ate from his hand) We had breakfast several mornings in the resort restaurant and it was delicious.

The staff was wonderful, the non smoking room definitely smelled better and the restaurant had a really good breakfast buffet.

Great restaurants everywhere - many chain restaurants, but we recommend eating at local places - Bennet's bar-b-cue was great and so was Brass Lantern.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and the room rate was reasonable.

Check in is not until 4pm, but after an 8hr drive we were exhausted and the front desk staff graciously worked with us and got us in our room by noon!

The front desk could not have been more helpful, the cable is good - had something like 75 channels.

Our view from the balcony was great, everything about the hotel was wonderful and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Well the lobby of the River Terrace was absolutely beautiful, the staff was very friendly and the shower was either too hot or too cold.

It does have three nice looking pools, but no fitness area.

The hotel is clean and lobby is Gorgeous.

The rooms were clean,tidy and spacious, with great views from the balcony.

The on-site restaurant was good and the maid apparently forgot to clean the room during the stay.

This hotel was clean, the staff was VERY friendly and the room was well stocked.

Additionally the staff is friendly too and the rooms are very clean.

    The view was excellent and the rooms in the tower were well maintained. Hotel was clean and price was very good. River Terrace was very nice and the service was fine. The shower worked great, the breakfast buffet was wonderful.

    Literally bus after bus of loud teens kept pulling in and the atrium building was filthy. The pillows were very old.

    A wonderful balcony over the river, our room had a great view of the city and friendly and the place excellent i guess we found a new place to stay. Lobby was nice, the beds were extremely comfortable and the sheets were clean. The food was very good.

    The location is wonderful and comfortable place to lay your head at night. Moreover the staff are very nice.

    Bathroom fan sounded like a loud garbage disposal and the elevator seemed to act a bit slow.

    Hotel is rated best for location and security. The front desk was excellent and very friendly.

    I have stayed here many times but don't expect much from the rooms. They need to be updated in furniture,carpet, and overall appearance.
