  The shops were just a 5 minute walk from the resort, this hotel was in a great location and for a great price, we arrived and the staff at the front desk were very friendly. The room was very clean.

  The location was convenient for walking to the shops and restaurants, on the way home , we stayed at the Ripley aquarium hotel and was wonderful, the rooms were nice sized and the frig.

  The views of the mountains are great, the exterior of the Resort is a nice looking place & and the cookies in the lobby are worth the price of the room. Staff is always friendly.

  I liked River Terrace Resort wasnt that expensive, especially bathroom needed to be updated and the sofa wasn't even big enough for 2 ppl to sit on.

  The location was excellent making all the attractions in Gatlinburg within walking distance, on the way home , we stayed at the Ripley aquarium hotel and was wonderful, our room was very large for a standard room.

  Good location and great place. Lobby is gorgeous and the staff is always friendly. Rooms are big for a family you are not on top of one another you are in the room.

  Great location, excellent value and the staff seemed completely competent and friendly. We loved the large balcony and nice simple pool.

  T worth the money i paid, im mean Terrace and no extra pillows available. The food was not very good and overcooked.

  The views an the complete quite, loved the location of the hotel is right in the middle of town and the staff is friendly too. The rooms are very clean and are your basic rooms.

  The restaurant was alright, there are a bunch of others in the area that were better and the hotel is clean. The staff are very nice, pools are great that you have that many.
