The location of the hotel was great - within a close distance from Kumamoto City Hall.

everything is fairly clean and good. it has lots of meals to offer, the food is delicious.

Hotel turned out to be clean and the breakfast option was varied. Excellent restaurant served local specialties. Actually everything was cool, my next choice again in Kumamoto.

The breakfast was REASONABLE, varied with various local food. The location was particularly good and magnificent, for example, Shinshigai Shotengai was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. Plus, it was very close to shops, restaurants and castle and the main bus terminal and the center.

Convenient location, close to restaurants and tourist center. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of dishes. Room had a nice view, spacious bathroom, and a sizeable fridge. The hotel is beside the river, providing a lovely atmosphere. I would recommend this hotel for its value for money and enjoyable stay.

One of the best aspects of our trip was being able to enjoy a late supper whenever we wanted with the abundance of nearby dining options.

The water pressure was far too strong and made it feel like we were being sprayed by several high-pressure jets all at once. our room appeared to be not as clean as we expected according to Japanese hygiene standards, with ventilation covered in dust and the room decor looking particularly worn out.

We had an amazing stay in a hotel near the shopping and dining hub. We loved the bustling area and how close it was to the riverside. Our room was small but functional and clean. The staff was accommodating and helpful, even during an earthquake. Snacks were provided, and they kept us updated on the situation. The value-for-money room rate and location made our stay even more enjoyable. One minor issue was the dated equipment.
