Perfectly clean, family-friendly hotel, I loved good sized rooms and competent staff. The room with a view. Had savoury and large breakfasts with Asian and western food. The location was beautiful for walking around Rong Suea Ten Temple. Had a wonderful stay for hideaway vacation, nothing to complain about.

This beautiful riverside resort is a perfect location for those wanting to be close to the beach. The hotel is right next to the blue temple and there are many good restaurants around. The rooms are spacious and clean, with renovated showers and comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure guest comfort. The breakfast overlooking the beautiful garden and river is a highlight. The resort also offers a swimming pool, gym, and free shuttle bus to the town center and night bazaar.

The hotel only has two bicycles available for use, which may be disappointing for larger families.

It is a very fine establishment with good service and excellent value for money. The resturant and its staff were alos of high quality and value for money

The shuttle service provided by the hotel was very convenient and saved us from the hassle of finding transportation to the night market. The breakfast served outside with a view of the river was a lovely experience. Additionally, the pool was spacious and quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing swim.

There was only one negative aspect of our stay. Although the room was comfortable, it lacked that extra touch of luxury that you would expect from a high-end resort.

The location near the river is very relaxing and enjoyable.

The room we stayed in was a superior room and it certainly was.

The views at this family-friendly hotel were wonderful. The food was great, had plenty of options.

Location near to the night market and a very good restaurant serving excellent food and fantastic cakes Chivit Thamma Da Coffee House, Bistro & Bar and the city/night bazaar.

We were very pleased with this hotel. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. The pool and grounds were immaculate. We definitely will stay here again if we return to Chiang Rai in the future.

Our only complaint is that the restaurant was not up to the excellent level of everything else in this hotel. We ate dinner and the complimentary breakfast buffet. It was good, but not outstanding. We may have been spoiled because we had just come from Anantara where the food was excelllent.

ROOMS : Spacious, clean, comfy and nice. Daybed was nice touch. Love spotlessly clean and new bathroom.

Breakfast weak - very little variety. In the end, we were left with some porridge and omelette and had to buy stuff like yoghurt from supermart the night b4. Taste was average at best. And the location is remote thus hard to go out for meals, especially there is no road lamps at night and the sun sets about 5.30pm now. Front desk staff were confused between internet (with cable and chargeable) while wifi was free. Password changed daily and we had trouble asking them for it. Language barrier too. Still, overall a good stay.

The hotel is nicely appointed, nestled in a very well appointed building with river views. Overall the room is spotless, fully-equipped and includes a couch and a couch bed. The location is lovely, 2 miles from Clock Tower Chiang Rai. You could walk to a bazaar and stores. There is a nice restaurant at a reasonable price for dinner.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel nestled next to the blue temple. Our room was clean and spacious with a great view of the river. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, from the free shuttle pickup to the delicious breakfast buffet. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool in the hotel's garden, which was a tranquil escape from the town center's hustle and bustle.

We did encounter a slight inconvenience with the luggage assistance, as the staff did not offer help until we were already inside.
