I had no complaints whatsoever about this hotel and would recommend to anyone that is looking for a nice vacation, for a good price!
But knowing it was an older hotel -"motor lodge" gives that away- and only paying 65 per night, I guess I can't complain too much.
Great location and unhelpful staff this is the perfect place for you.
We couldn't have asked for a better location, although this motel is NOT on the River, but across from it.
Rooms was big for the price great great location in the middle of Gatlinburg and the place was generally quiet.
Each room has a micro and frige, and it has your standard continental breakfast.
We were happy to find friendly staff, quick check-in, and a room available right where we parked our car.
The light fixture covering in the bathroom was broken and after a long day of sight-seeing the jacuzzi was very relaxing.
The service was great and room was cleaned.
The first room just reeked of smoke & we asked for another room, which they did do.
In addition breakfast was nothing fancy and pool were very clean.
They provided a nice continental breakfast and the lady at the front desk was very nice.
I didn't see any grocery stores around, so maybe stop before entering 441 or order extra at your choice of restaurants.
Additionally breakfast was typical for continental and the heated outdoor pool was great.
Good thing we had a microwave and fridge so we could store food and cook our own snacks.
The Customer Service was very impressive at the front desk, the room was clean the TV was tiny and the continental breakfast was decent: bagels.
The front desk was accommodating and the maid did not bother to replace them she cleaned everyday.
The front desk personnel were very helpful, the hot water was turned too high and 8: Continental breakfast was stale miniscule bagels.
I think the people on here that had negative things to say about this place are the ones that aren't happy unless they complain about something.
The pool was great as the temp was in the high 90's.
Nice having a balcony overlooking the pool.
The pool appeared to be somewhat new and clean.
Front desk very helpful, generally the rooms are clean.
The room was clean & they have updated with granite countertops, but it still felt old & dirty.
Every room had it's own private balcony, the room was very clean and cozy.
Friendly staff too, large rooms and the jacuzzi was clean.
It was close to everything and the room was clean.
