  The beach was gorgeous, none of the rooms have an ocean view was a little disappointing and the food in the hotel was great. The buffet in the main lobby building was by far the best of the buffet choices and staff were helpful. Water activity offerings were good, maids gave us fresh towels and lunch was similar, breakfast was just something else. Beer served was dos equis and hubby was happy about that, Asian was nice.

  Oh and the sheets were stained, the swimming pools were dirty.

  The beach is gorgeous and the hotel is in a great location. The service and staff are absolutely wonderful.

  The rooms, as stated in previous reviews are dated and not very comfortable, red wine is just awful.

  Beautiful country and great location. Good place to stay and private homes. Lobby large and colorful, very friendly staff.

  No light in the shower, bad wine and the pools were pretty nice and not too cold.

  Beautiful beach and great pool area. Overall, this place is amazing, the bar and entertainments staff worked tirelessly to keep up amused and happy.

  The beach is fantastic and the sea is beautiful and warm, for the money this hotel is brilliant. Bar staff are wonderful.

  An amazing beach, theres 2 pool bars then another 2 bars near the entertainment area and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. Fresh guacamole and the steak house were an a, the reception staff were fantastic. The rooms were comfortable, food was great and the cocktails were good especially the tequilla boom booms.

  Cancun town is great and club coco bongo is a must, the best parts of the hotel are the beach and the staff.

  On the plus side, our location was near the pool and activities and that was nice, all the staff were friendly and helpful in all parts of the hotel. Again the service was good, bedroom was spacious, cleaned every day and the buffets were all very nicely done as well. Desserts, fresh fruits, and cheeses were excellent, the cocktails were great. We returned to Asian as was lovely.

  Great hotel for the money and negotiated a good price. Some staff were just unprofecional, the rooms were clean and pool towels were provided and changed as often as you liked. The food was fine.

  Hardly a romantic setting and perfect customer service. The rooms were large and pool bar was great. The food was amazing, plenty of choice and the al a cartes were good.

  Great place, incredible staff and we returned to our clean room. Very good variety of food and tons of fresh fruit. The pools were pretty hot.
