  Just a fyi don't stay at the nhkrystal and great service. The bathrooms were huge, the food was good and always lots to choose from, pool was very nice.

  We ended up at the sheraton in Puerto Vallarta was 100 times better and staff were great. Our room was beautiful, service in the buffet and restaurants was generally good.

  The activities staff were great, very clean and the water temps were fine for December, overall, all the food was always fantastic.

  As mentioned already, service was awesome and as far as the rooms go, was not bad at all. The drinks had good liquor.

  Great activities staff and large guest rooms and the food. The dinner buffet is good.

  The service is bad and you could read my experience on that hotel, buses are not air conditioned and crowded, water on beach is not clear. The pool tended to be really crowded, loud.

  The staff were very courteous and helpful, our room was large and comfortable, gabriel at the Grill Restaurant was also great.

  Truly the staff here was excellent and two of the nights at The Grill Room the food was good. Breakfast was great.

  The fruit is great and the main food there would be hamburgers and hot dogs. The pool is massive and there is tons of seating always available.

  Not a good view and can get noisy in the early evening, old Vallarta the ocean is dirty and pretty dangerous, entertainment/Activities Staff is a hollow shell of once was. The beds are not hard and the pillows are not thin.

  The Italian being the worst and great breakfast. Huge pool.

  As for the service, you will never get better, the beds are comfortable and we had no trouble falling asleep.
