Beach: The pool is nice and comfortable bed/room then pick another location.
Beach were off the chart wonderful, our decision to stay there was a good one and sERVICE STAFF: We had fantastic service.
Fresh seafood right out of the ocean in a really unique and wonderful location right on the beach.

I just returned from the riu Punta Cana palace and the service was great. The air conditioning was nice and cold, the room very clean, the Brazilian food there was tasty as well, my fiance's favorite.

Just returned from a week and the new riu palace Punta Cana, very nice rooms, la Altagracia – my favorite, great food and great service. Good fruit, free beer and liquor everywhere, round the pool too hot to sunbath.

All the same fish and not worth the money, lunch limited and dinner also limited.

My wife and i just returned after a 5 day stay and loved all, and a great balcony, we tried the Italian, the Rodizio, and the Gourmet restaurants. New year's eve dinner quite nice.

Not worth the price of admission and the service at the front desk was not good.

The sands and ocean/pools are very kept clean, wonderful location right on the beach. The hotel chain is great and the better Lunch buffet is at La Altagracia.

Ocean and beach were off the chart wonderful, the hotel grounds were great. The staff were pretty awesome and big marble bathroom and large jacuzzi were very nice. The food was fantastic.
