  Nice beach and good location. The hotel was extremely modern and the piano bar was small and just off of the lobby. The housekeeping staff were wonderful, room was always spotless and food to my expectation was delicious. The Japanese and steak were fantastic, the pools were large, and not crowded.

  The service and staff were excellent at the pool/beach and bars, the room was huge and had a fabulous view of the ocean, our stay at the Riu Palace Peninsula was wonderful. The lobby was very welcoming and our reception was very warm and friendly, food was great, the Steakhouse and Italian rest were very good. Spa was lovely and the massage was amazing.

  The beach was a huge disappointment for us and the pool area was wonderful, the poolside service was awesome. Overall, the hotel was good and the lobby was clean and bright. Staff were very accommodating, the room had two jacuzzis one out on the balcony as well and the food was better than expected.

  Infinity pool at the beach is nice and the swim up pool bar was great, the views are amazing 89 us dollars each. The hotel is ultra modern and the staff are happy for you to just sit and chill without being chased. Room service is very fast, the reservation a la carte restaurants are awesome.

  All amenities, pools and beach are super clean, loved the view, layout of the room and the shower is the best, yes the hotel is very beautiful as is new. The staff is also wonderful, clear water, white sand beaches and buffet is always nice.

  Beautiful pools, well maintained gardens, and great beach, the location was descent, just a five minute bus ride to all the clubs and restaurants, many choices that were fresh and high quality. Maid service was very good and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Food drinks were exceptional.

  Great views from the balconies and quality, Real, Fresh. Worth the money and the lobby is beautiful and was decorated for Christmas. The staff are very friendly and extremely attentive, the rooms are modern nearly all the same. The restaurants are very good, pools are clean.

  The pool area's are very clean and plenty of sun beds, this Hotel definitely has the swanky feel to and is really beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful, my shower drain malfunctioned and the shower light flickered. The restaurants are great.

  The pool area is very nice and there is no shortage of lounge chairs, one of the best hotels i have ever stayed at, the rooms are gorgeous, everything is brand new and modern. The staff is friendly and the food is awesome.

  The room and view were awesome, other hotels around the area had a better beach. The staff were delightful, the pool bars were great and best restaurant in my opinion was the steakhouse.

  The view from the large balcony was spectacular and the place was amazing. On arrival everything looked great and the staff were fantastic, the room was great, just was needed. The food was surprisingly good, the pools were AWESOME.

  Great view from the hotel and amazing service. Bed and pillows very comfortable, private jacuzzi on your patio, food was amazing, staff were friendly and smiley. Pools were beautiful always cleaned.

  Great internet in the rooms lobby and on parts of the beach, fantastic Hotel, sexy, Swanky, Upscale and Amazing Comfort, Cleanliness Service. A large very comfortable bed and good food. Pool are was always clean and neat.
