  Fabulous week at the Aruba grand and staff were fantastic. Suites, and our a/c worked really well, the food was very good at all restaurants.

  Remember, Aruba is “one happy insland”, most of the staff's attitudes are just indifferent and the water is very calm is nice. The pool is great.

  The atmosphere, staff, and food were all amazing, gabrielle at the front desk was great and our favorite, all the restaurants had several available times at 11am each day.

  Just returned from this beautiful hotel and the housekeeping staff were quiet and courteous. The water pressure was always great and the water was always hot, krystal Goumet – The food and ambience were excellent.

  Hotel – beautiful design in the main lobby and pool, the entire staff were very friendly and hospitable. The buffets were excellent.

  This place has a long way to go to achieve that type of rating and as for the staff for the most part are very friendly. Rooms are cleaned everday and the pool is great.

  The room is nice and the pool is beautiful.

  Unfortunately this hotel will close at the end of April for renovations and limited menu takes over hour to get your food.

  The beach is beautiful, the location is perfect and the fish will flock to you and this is a great place for kids. The new buildings are really really nice, service is amazing and the pool is gorgeous and there is a bar right there by the water. Best kind of mattress to sleep on and the food, and there is a lot of , is exquisite.

  The beach is beautiful and the room , view, and balcony are fabulous. Aruba grand is nice and restaurants – best was the Nautilus, is the steak house. Again the staff is great, the jacuzzi tub is awesome and its huge, the fish is amazing.

  The beach is the best on Palm Beach, a big king bed, living room type area, and a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, Aruba is beautiful and we will definitely visit again. The staff is friendly and the water is nice. Food and drinks are good to great, the pool is huge.

  The staff at the beach bar was great, very friendly and view was beautiful. Rui Aruba was fantastic and for the price we spent we thought was fine. The service was awesome, the pool and room was very clean, best meal we had was at Brisas del Mar, located in Saveneta. All the fruits vegetables were fresh and replenished frequently.

  The steak house was awful, many of the Europeans, and south Americans did not tip from we saw.

  The staff is friendly and the beach is wonderful, the pool is very large and the area surrounding the pool is quite substantial, the Aruba Grand is quiet and perfect for relaxation. Room service is available and food is great.

  Water in the sea was divine and pools were clean, view was fine, we especially liked the fact that the hotel was not overcrowded. The staff were very friendly, our room was cleaned well each day and the drinks at bars were good you can get alchoholic drinks and sodas. The food was excellent, our dinners here were quiet, relaxed, and romantic.
