The hotel is just outside Olot, easy to find with easy parking. Ideally located to visit the Garrotxa volcanoes and medieval towns. Light and airy hotel with floor to ceiling windows and stunning views. Reception staff spoke enough English. Air conditioning was excellent. Spotlessly clean rooms with comfortable beds and extra seating. Ample space in the bathroom for toiletries. The room had a small balcony with chairs and a table. First-class bed and bathroom linens.

Felt quite safe, no complaints whatsoever.

It was in the perfect location for us, since we were traveling throughout the mountains. I would have liked to stay another day to do some more hiking and see a few more sites. It was very quiet and the hotel staff was very helpful.

Cannot understand how this is a 4* hotel. There was no bar, no kettle in the room and, despite numerous attempts, we were never able to get any boiling water to make a cup of tea. The hot water they considered "boiling" was only lukewarm and one could easily put a hand in it with no fear of scalding!! Such a simple thing - we were shocked they could not find a solution. The beds are far too soft and the decor dated.

Our stay at Riu Fluvia was wonderful. The hotel's location was fantastic, overlooking green hills and with its own swimming pool. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast and the convenience of having a restaurant on-site. The hotel also had easy parking and was ideally located for visiting the Garrotxa volcanoes and nearby medieval towns and villages. it was a truly enjoyable experience.

The staff were most attentive and very helpful. We were taken ill just after we arrived and the staff were wonderfully sympathetic - we couldn't have had a better hotel. We hope to return.

Location is good and it is quiet.

Breakfast was supposed to be ready from 7 o'clock onwards, but the bread arrived at 7.15, so I left without breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with stunning views of the countryside and mountains. It was great to be so close to hiking trails and just a short walk away from the city center. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar and sitting area. The terrace was a lovely spot to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings.

The only downside to my stay was that the price was a bit on the higher side. However, considering the luxurious experience I had, I would still recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Great views from our room and plenty of outdoor space to relax. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of options. We found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good power. we would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
