  The room was immaculate, pillows horrible, bed comfortable, oceanview suite amazing view, the bus was clean and the pool and beach were GREAT. The place was spotless and the lobby was beautiful and we were initially happy will our choice. The service was good, bathroom part was nice and also some of the food was not kept particularly hot. This dinner was absolutely wonderful, the Asian one was the best.

  Our room was nice and clean, loved the big closet to store the suitcases, beach were wonderful. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly, bar were Great, the pillows were perfectly adequate. The food was good, dinner at Rose Hall was varied and the pool was beautiful.

  Front desk was very unsympathetic, bed Spread was dirty and worn.

  The beach was fine and food was plentyful and of good quality. The staff were friendly enough, the rooms were decent and maxine and the pool bar were the best. The bread was amazing, all facilities were very clean.

  The beach wasn't as bad as others have reported, the hotel is breathtaking is clean and beautiful, the staff and facilities are very friendly and professioanl. The rooms are large enough, food is good and the French fries at lunch are also incredibly tasty. The pool is fantastic.

  Richmond hill is an old dewar manor house at the top of Montego Bay and mini bar is to be stocked every other day was not stocked.

  A wonderful stay over all and everyone in the reviews mentioned the steak house being the best. Better prices, great staff and all the employees really friendly. Room airconditioning was good, the food was AMAZING and the pool was fantastic.

  The beach was dirty and mattress was uncomfortable.

  This hotel was great from the moment we checked in and staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and food was good. The pool was spotless.

  The ocean was nasty and rocky, the mattresses had broken springs.

  The buffet was great, lot of choices and great quality for a buffet, the front desk staff were very accommodating, the room were comfortable, clean and the maids were diamonds. The food was very good, all the waiters that we had were very courteous and friendly, the pool was nice and relaxing and pretty.

  Great place to lie on a sun chair and the staff at theRiu are very nice and helpful. The mini fridge in the room is kept well stocked and food is average at best. Pool is lovely.

  Maybe 's just me, i would rather stay in my room and use, the entertainment staff are very talented. Overall the food is good.

  The beach is mediocre and the pool is about the same, the water is not clear and very muddy on the bottom.

  Again this place is great and the value is great, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are nice and do have a mini bar, is a plus. Drinks are just fine.

  The staff were extremly helpfull, the rooms were spacious and clean, steakhouse catered our wedding and that food was amazing.

  Most of the staff were exceptionally nice and the room was the best clean and spacious. Buffet food was good.
