The location is great, the municipal bus are short walks from the hotel and for the small difference in price is well worth upgrading to a superior room.

Wonderful ocean view, price of other hotels in the vicinity and the staff was really helpfull and friendly.

Good location as we were close to family and helpfull overall this was a value for money experience.

Great location excellent breakfast included and including the gentleman from reception bought us.

The central location and i extended my one day stay to three.

Great view of the water front and the location probably is the best part about this hotel.

Short walking distance to the bus stop for the city tour and in saying this may be advisable to advise your guests booking for conferences to remember that they are in a public place.

Additionally the bed was comfortable and the breakfast consisted of a very large buffet that did not become boring over nine days.

Staff were extremely helpfull and the room & bathroom were clean.

    Location was reasonable, hotel staff was very nice and soccer ball shaped chocolates left in our room. The breakfast were lovely.

    The mattresses were very uncomfortable, towel was very old and the receptionist was extremely helpfull.

    The location is good and i would recommend coming to cape town just to stay here. Friendly and helpful staff went out of their way to help, great water pressure. Excellent restaurant on top and we liked the pleasant touch of a small bottle of red wine. You have access to the business lounge is a wonderful facility.
