The rooms were new-fashioned and had a clean bathroom. Excellent service was provided here. The location of the hotel was great - at a moderate distance from a traditional water puppet theater.

After a long drive the great and informative staff was waiting for us. Marvellous location of the hotel close to old quarter. Ate at Steam House Restaurant, it's at a short distance from the venue.

The hotel's location was perfect, on the Bay with the main shopping centre and a night market within walking distance. Our room was beautifully decorated and fairly quiet and the breakfast was very satisfying.

The whole experience was RELAXING, nothing too much trouble, couldn't recommend more. The hotel was gorgeous and fairly clean in a good area. The property was right in the heart of Hanoi. Spent a nice evening at My Van Than, located a few steps away from the venue. I was given neat room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. I was offered a very satisfying breakfast with western dishes and the option to get eggs cooked, as for instance.

The location of this hotel in the Old Quarter was perfect for exploring Hanoi. It was very central and easy to find, making it convenient to go everywhere and visit the Hoam Kiem Night Market. The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, offering assistance with luggage storage and even allowing for a cancellation without any fees. The rooms, although small and narrow, were very clean and had a nice modern decor. The breakfast served at the hotel was also great, offering a variety of both Asian and Western dishes.

That the rooms were smaller and less nice than what was shown in the pictures, but overall, it was still a very good stay.
