The hotel’s garden way from the reception to the rooms was enchanting with beautiful greenery and well-maintained pathways. The location was superb, being situated near the city centre, the little centro, and other areas of interest. The rooms were clean and well-presented, with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom facilities. The restaurant was great, serving delicious food and offering excellent service.
The hotel lacked some basic amenities that are expected in modern hotels. There were no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms, and the WiFi was slow and unreliable for video calls.

The hotel is located in a great spot near the city center and easy to access. , the hotel grounds are beautifully decorated and make a great impression. the staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home during your stay.
I was disappointed when I discovered that the room did not contain any toiletries for me to use during my stay. the internet was extremely slow, and I couldn't even video call with my friends.

Great pool and beautiful surroundings. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed the romantic atmosphere of the restaurant. The hotel is just a short walk from the center of town and in close proximity to some great attractions. The room was decent but nothing special.
The price was a bit steep for the quality of the room. We were surprised that there were no toiletries provided, and the Wi-Fi was so slow that we were unable to FaceTime or WhatsApp video call.
