  Views are fantastic, towels include in the price are a really nice touch as are the friendly helpful beach staff and the location is the best feature of this hotel. Rooms are very old fasihon, the top restaurant is amazing.

  Location great, treated me as a prostitute I came back from the beach and the hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Lobby was good and initial room's airco was noisy. The roof pool was lovely did not seem over busy.

  The bellboy called me a taxi instead of taking the private car and service was not adequate at times. Toilet seat was broken.

  The location is excellent, poor quality of window therefore very noise come from the outside and rooms are clean.

  Parking fee is expensive and i didn't like the breakfast.

  Great view over Copacabana, best placement - beach and the place was very clean and quiet. Furthermore the interiors of the rooms were basic for a luxury property, staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good both hot.

  Very good location, the beach facilities were great and the hotel was well located. Conducted meetings in the lobby bar was adequate and the staff were all very polite and helpful.

  They did not know a room would be available 3:30pm, service was slow breakfast could be better.

  Nice property in a decent location and helpful staff. Rooms clean and neat.

  They charged almost twice the price, there are two gyms in the hotel both outdated.

  Its excellent location on Copacobana beach and i loved the staff. Additionally the hot water.

  Very poor room decoration and the breakfast not as good as good as other hotels in this price range.
