I recently stayed at a hotel in the Harz area and was extremely impressed. the location was perfect, nestled in the mountains and close to the town centre. The hotel itself was charming, with rustic-style rooms that had a pleasant view onto snowy gardens. The attention to detail was commendable, with clean and spacious rooms, including a great bed and a big bathroom with heating. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Furthermore, the value for money was exceptional, making it a great choice for anyone visiting the Harz region.

The walls were paper-thin, and we could hear everything happening in the room next door, which was very disruptive during our stay. the lack of soundproofing made it difficult for us to sleep at night due to the noise from the street.

The walls in the rooms were paper-thin, and the floors sqeaked loudly.
