Fairly clean and brilliant property with delicious continental breakfasts and perfect staff. Marvellous location, a short walk to a modern museum. Positioned in the lovely area, not far from centre of town, restaurants, harbour and shops and sights of the town. Loft room, exceptionally comfortable bed and upgraded bathroom. Magnificent view of garden.

Its location was central, next to a modern museum. The hotel was in a lovely area, very close to the Venetian harbour and the Fort, the sea and numerous quality restaurants.

We appreciated squeaky clean and well-designed rooms and amazing food.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a mini-bar and coffee. The hotel had a fantastic location next to a well-curated museum. A market and boutiques were right next door.

They gave us a standard queen room with upstairs bedroom and fresh flowers plus the breakfast exceptional.

Heated swimming pool and great location just off the center of the old city. Again, 5 minutes walk from Rethymnon Old Town. Spa for guests, overall excellent service. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

Friendliest staff ever - their love for Crete was infectious! The hotel was beautiful with a perfect location in amongst the pedestrianized lanes - great for exploring Rethymno. I highly recommend hiring a car and doing day trips to the south of the island - the staff recommended a few beaches and towns and they were all superb.

The Staff were excellent The room was clean and comfortable Location was good for walking about the Old Town and Dining out at night.

We were under the impression that we were getting a Discounted Room rate - we were not. The Breakfast was predictable and boring Having to wait for Milk for my Cereal until they had brought the coffee a two slice Toaster ?

Appreciated this absolutely charming hotel, easy to find, with perfect staff with great service. Had the standard queen room which was gorgeous in a lovely big bedroom.

From arrival to departure, our stay exceeded expectations. The staff were exceptional, the room stunning, and the location excellent. The courtyard areas were perfect to relax, and breakfast was plentiful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Fairly clean BRILLIANT accommodation with fab location in a cove with cliffs on both sides and perfect staff.

Great location, next to Venetian Loggia. Found in a lovely area just next door to the fascinating centre of Rethymnon as well as the Venetian harbour and the Fort.
