Modern Western-style hotel and excellent service from the concierge.
For the price, is excellent value, the bathroom is well equipped and very clean and modern.
Very polite and helpful staff, a nice king sized bed, breakfast was included and was one of the best we had had in Japan.

By car drive southwest and take the ramp on the right onto Kansai Kokusai Kuko Renraku-kyo, later take the ramp to Hanshin Expressway/Osaka/Kobe to merge onto Hanshin Expressway N4 Bay-shore Route, take Tenpozan JCT exit toward Osaka/Tenpozan to merge onto Hanshin Expressway N16 Osaka Port Route and then take Mimiyoke exit to merge onto Chuo Odori, turn slight right toward Chuo Odori and continue straight through Awazaeki-Higashi on Chuo Odori, later turn left at Awazaeki-Higashi onto Amidaikesuji and finally turn right at Dojima-Ohashi-Minamizume onto Nakanoshima-Dori, the hotel will be on your right.

Friendliness of the staff more than compensated for, great for a quick lunch.

Transportation to this hotel is not convenient and the air conditioning in the room is not strong enough even I switched to HIGH.

The location was fine, the front desk staff were helpful and the bus service was timely, at US$140 at a peak time, was good value. The hotel shuttle to and from jr Osaka Station made up for the hotel', our room was a decent sized room, the bar was nice quiet and a bit deserted on a week night. Buffet breakfast was great too and mini fridge was useful to keep our beverages cold.
