Location is excellent, also near vicinity of major malls and the hotel lobby has a very warmth and pleasant atmosphere. The staff are very accomodating, oh, and the employees are AWESOME, one bedroom suite is roomy, comfortable bed and clean restroom. The towels are really really nice, breakfast Buffet has a good variety of food.

S cosy and near to shopping centers, one of the big malls in Manila is nearby, overall the hotel is excellent and good value for money. The staff are very accomodating and rooms are clean.

Other shopping centers are within walking distance, excellent Small Hotel in the Middle of the Action and the front desk staff is pleasant and helpful. Water is warm like bathwater.

Far from the Intramuros historical area, good hotel and from very satisfactory rate to excellent. Nice little coffee bar in lobby and friendly staff. Room is just fine.

The location was perfect for my needs, was accessible, the hotel staff were very friendly and professional, i am physically challenged and the service i was afforded was great. Water pressure was good, the pillows were extremely comfortable and free breakfast buffet was too local for my tastes. The waiters at the cafe were very attentive and the pool was nice since was heated.

I liked the comfy bed, the hot/cold water, and the city view, good value, concierge and Front desk staff were also friendly. The room was spacious, nicely furnished and clean, buffet breakfast was the best. I immediately reported and the waiter was quick to assist and was apologetic.

Excellent place and service, friendly staff. Good selection of tv programs, i just used the microwave and comfortable pillows and mattress. The breakfast was superb and the food was great.
