Richmond Hotel Miami Beach - 迈阿密海滩

The location was excellent and we liked the fact that was close to Lincoln Street centrally located.

The hotel is in a good location (close to some beautiful high-end hotels) but a fairly long walk to Ocean Drive.

Great location right next to the Delano and on the beach.

We had an early flight home, they gave us a wake up call and called our taxi cab for us.

Gross last day anomaly: Our last day we stayed by the pool after checkout - the plan was to use the first floor restroom to change up before heading the airport.

The room was a decent size but I was unaware that the hotel only had queen beds, so had to share a bed with my friend for the week!

Room - comfy bed, good tv, bathrobes, etc.

The room was cozy bed was small, its more like a full size than a queen size however VERY comfortable.

We immediately called the front desk to inquire as to the availability of a room with a real bed.

We had such a great time on the beach, in the shops and in the restaurants that we spent very little time in the room, and if we weren't making noise we were dead asleep on the unbelievably comfortable bed.

We on ate at the restaurant only for breakfast and the banana pancakes are to die for.

Pool, hot tub, beach access, restaurant (breakfast and lunch only), refrigerator, friendly staff, clean rooms.

There were no amenties, other than an overpriced breakfast bar (even of South Beach), a spa that was broken unless you wished to blow in the activation tube where a button at one time worked in the place of your breath.

The restaurant (or cafe as they called it there) was only open for breakfast and lunch - not dinner.

Towels were unavailable at the pool due to the fact that the poolside bar/restaurant had closed for the day (3:00 pm) and the cook gives out the towels or housekeepping forgot to bring the supply to the cook.

3) The manager and her front desk staff – complete incompetence.

We did have to call to get maid service, but overall, we found the staff to be helpful.

Moreover not bad for the price, beautiful art deco lobby and front desk staff as well.

The location you cannot beat, it has a quiet garden pool/Jacuzzi with private beach access.

Great welcome, beautiful art deco lobby, very impressive and well kept pool and garden (with direct access to beach).

It has a nice pool area w/a jacuzzi, the restaurant does not stay open too long but since you are surrounded by different places to eat it should not be a drawback.

Anyway if you have a laptop with a Wi-Fi card you can acces one of the free hotspots there and surf as long as you want.

We arrived to our room and to my surprise (after reading the prior reviews I wasn't expecting much) it was spotless, the rug was clean no stains at all (actually looked brand new).

Large room that was well furnished and clean.

The room was very cute & clean more like a boutique hotel with blow drier, ironing board & all the amenities you get in an expensive hotel.

Rooms were clean and pool was nice and heated.

The bathroom wasn't as small as some of the reviews on here led me to fear and it was clean.
